IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Once order received, we will revert with availability of the products within 1-2 business days.
2. Upon receiving email confirmation from us, please proceed to make payment to our bank accounts stated below within 24hours. If we did not received your payment within 24hours, item will be released to next customer.
3. Kindly note that orders with incomplete information will results delay in the the purchasing and mailing process. Any inconvenience is regretted.
4. We are closed on every Sunday and Public Holidays, any email sent to us during these days will be reply within the next 1-2 business days.
5. All price stated is in Singapore Dollar.
6. All measurements of goods is based on a single piece of goods selected randomly. There might be a slight difference of  measurement on the goods you'll be receiving. Please order only if you can accept this.
7. All photo are taken based on a single piece of goods selected randomly. There might be a slight difference on the goods you'll be receiving due to your computer colour setting, photo shooting angles, manufacturer's inconsistencey and etc. Please order only if you can accept this.


PAYMENT METHOD:
All payment should be made to our bank accounts, details below:

We only accept bank/ atm transfer from POSB and DBS bank.


POSTAGE:
1. We are mailing your order via Singapore Postal Service (Singpost) only.
2. Please refer to the Domestic Mailing Charges below to calculate your total mailing charges.
3. We offer only Normal Mail or Registered Mail options within Singapore.
4. Item will be mailed to customer within 1-2days upon receipt of your full payment. Estimate transit time for normal mail is 1-2 working days and registered mail is 1-3 working days. We will not be responsibled for the delay in the transit as this is beyond our control.
4. All item will be checked, packed carefully and ensured in suitable conditions for mailing prior mailing out to customer. Only item in good quality will be mailed to customer, hence we will not be responsibled for any damage during transit. For customer who opt for normal mail, we will not be responsible for any lost mail, however, we will appreciate if you can drop us an email upon receipt.
5. Meet up is possible at the convenience of both seller and buyer. Full payment must be received before meet up.


DOMESTIC MAILING CHARGES:
For all accessories EXCEPT belt
Normal Mail: S$0.50 per item
Registered Mail: S$2.50 on top of the normal mail charges

For Belt
Normal Mail: S$1.00 per item
Registered Mail: S$2.50 on top of the normal mail charges

Example 1:
Normal mail charges will for an earrings, a hair clip and a belt
S$0.50 (earing) + S$ 0.50 (hair clip) + S$ 1.00 (belt)
Total: S$ 2.00/-

Example 2:
Registered Mail charges will for an earrings, a hair clip and a belt
S$0.50 (earing) + S$0.50 (hair clip) + S$1.00 (belt) + S$2.50 (registered postage)
Total: S$ 4.50/-


REFUND/ CANCELLATION/ EXCHANGE:
1. No cancellations/ changes/ refund will be allowed once payment received.
2. No exchange is allowed.
